USA FILE Solutions LLC USAF FILE Solutions ("USAF," "we," or "our") is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not offer legal advice.

We are an administrative services agency that provides document preparation, case organization, consultations, customer support, and coordination services. All legal services, legal advice, and legal representation are performed exclusively by independent licensed attorneys ("Associated Attorneys") with whom USAF maintains a professional association.

By using our services or interacting with our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship with USAF

USAF FILE Solutions does not create an attorney-client relationship with any client. Only the Associated Attorney may establish an attorney-client relationship through their own engagement agreement.

 USAF cannot and does not:

  • represent you before USCIS, immigration court, or any government agency

  • appear in court

  • sign legal forms as your representative

  • provide legal strategies or legal opinions

Any legal questions must be directed to the attorney assigned to your case.

2. USAF Provides Administrative, Non-Legal Services

Our role includes:

  • Document preparation

  • Completion of government forms based on client-provided information

  • Case management and organization

  • Evidence assistance

  • Customer service

  • Appointment coordination

  • Attorney coordination (when applicable)

These services are not legal advice.

3. Associated Attorneys Are Independently Responsible

Any legal services are performed solely by the Associated Attorney.

The attorney is exclusively responsible for:

  • legal advice

  • legal filings

  • representation

  • legal strategies

  • legal errors, omissions, or outcomes

  • decisions related to the case

USAF is not liable for the attorney's acts, omissions, advice, or performance.

4. No Guarantees or Promises of Outcome

USAF FILE Solutions and the Associated Attorneys do not guarantee:

  • USCIS or government approval

  • processing times

  • legal outcomes

  • success of any petition

  • decisions made by immigration officers

All outcomes depend on the government's discretion and the accuracy of the information and documents provided by the client.

5. Client Responsibility for Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing:

  • truthful information

  • accurate documentation

  • timely responses

  • complete evidence

USAF and the attorney rely entirely on the information you submit. Providing false, incomplete, or inaccurate information may result in delays, denials, or legal consequences.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments made to USAF FILE Solutions include:

  • administrative and document preparation fees

  • customer service and processing fees

  • coordination fees

  • if applicable: the portion corresponding to the Associated Attorney

USAF's portion is non-refundable. Refunds of the attorney's portion—if any—require written approval from the attorney. Please refer to our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Not Affiliated with USCIS or Any Government Agency

USAF FILE Solutions is not affiliated with USCIS, DHS, EOIR, DOS, SSA, or any government entity. We do not claim to be government representatives. All forms used are publicly available.

8. For Informational Purposes Only

Any general information on our website, social media, emails, or marketing materials is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal advice.

9. Acceptance of This Disclaimer

By using our services, contacting us, or submitting payment, you confirm that you:

  • understand this disclaimer

  • acknowledge the limits of USAF's services

  • accept that legal work is performed only by the attorney

  • agree that USAF is not responsible for legal outcomes
