Adult Humanitarian Parole

This new "law" allows citizens of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela, and their immediate family members, to apply to travel to the United States in a safe and orderly manner. We provide guidance and management for applications for Humanitarian Paroleproviding a pathway to safety in the U.S. for urgent humanitarian or public benefit cases.

This service focuses on helping clients obtain a work permit in the United States, either temporary or permanent. Steps are included to verify eligibility, make payment and schedule an appointment, upload the necessary documents, and await results. Sponsors must be U.S. citizens, nationals or lawful permanent residents with lawful status in the U.S., pass a background check, and demonstrate sufficient financial resources. Beneficiaries must be outside the U.S., be citizens of certain countries, have a sponsor in the U.S., possess a valid passport, provide their own travel to the U.S., pass a security background check, and meet other requirements.
