REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final
All payments made to USAF FILE Solutions are final and non-refundable.
When a client pays for a service, USAF FILE Solutions immediately begins administrative work, intake, document review, case preparation, data entry, internal processing, and coordination with an assigned attorney if applicable. Therefore: USAF FILE Solutions does not offer refunds under any circumstances once the service has started.
2. Immediate Commencement of Services
Upon payment:
Your file is opened immediately.
Staff time is allocated and assigned.
Internal processing begins.
If applicable, the attorney assignment process is initiated.
Because work begins instantly, the service fee is considered earned upon receipt.
3. No Refunds for Administrative or Document Preparation Work
All administrative fees, consultation fees, document preparation fees, support fees, and case management fees are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Intake and consultation
Document review and preparation
Form preparation
Case management and organization
Evidence gathering support
Customer support
Internal processing
Attorney assignment coordination
These services consume time, labor, and resources that cannot be reversed or recovered.
USAF FILE Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Any legal services are performed exclusively by an independent attorney ("Associated Attorney").
Although USAF FILE Solutions may collect payment on behalf of the attorney:
4.1. Refunds related to attorney services require attorney approval USAF cannot refund the portion corresponding to attorney work unless the attorney explicitly authorizes it in writing.
Reviewed the case
Provided legal advice
Started legal work
Opened the client's file
Allocated time or resources
...then that portion is also non-refundable.
4.2. USAF is not responsible for legal decisions USAF is not liable for:
Legal outcomes
Strategies
Delays
Errors
Attorney decisions
5. Attorney Declines the Case
If an attorney reviews the case and decides not to accept representation, the portion of the fee attributable to the attorney (if any) will be refunded ONLY if the attorney authorizes the refund. USAF's administrative portion remains non-refundable.
6. Cancellation Requests
You may request cancellation only if no work has begun, meaning:
No intake completed
No documents reviewed
No forms started
No staff time used
No case opened
No attorney assigned
If ANY of these actions have occurred, the payment is non-refundable. In practice, work begins immediately after payment, making almost all sales final.
7. Refund Processing Time
If, in an exceptional case, a refund is approved:
Refunds may take 7-14 business days.
USAF must reconcile internal accounting and the attorney's portion before processing.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback after agreeing to this policy may result in:
Immediate cancellation of services
Suspension of any pending work
Submission of all documentation proving service delivery to your bank
Possible legal or collections action if fraudulent claims are made
USAF FILE Solutions aggressively contests all chargebacks using signed agreements, timestamps, case notes, and proof of work.
9. No Guarantees
USAF FILE Solutions does not guarantee:
Approval of applications
Legal outcomes
Processing times
Government decisions
Attorney decisions
Your payment covers administrative and preparatory services, not outcomes.
