Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final

All payments made to USA FILE Solutions are final and non-refundable.

Upon making a payment, USA FILE Solutions immediately begins administrative and preparatory work. Therefore: USA FILE Solutions does not offer refunds under any circumstances once the service has begun.

2. Immediate Start of Service

After payment:

• Your file is opened
• Staff is assigned
• Internal processing begins

The service is considered earned upon receipt of payment.

3. No Refunds for Administrative or Document Work

All administrative and document preparation fees are strictly non-refundable, including:

• Receiving your information
• Document review
• Form preparation
• Document organization
• Evidence support
• Customer service
• Internal processing

These services consume time and resources that are not reversible.

4. Attorney Fees

USA FILE Solutions is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice and does not represent clients. We do not collect attorney fees or share fees with attorneys.

If you decide to hire an attorney, their fees are agreed upon and paid directly to the attorney. Any refund or dispute about that work is resolved directly with the attorney.

5. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation is only possible if no work has been started, which includes:

• No information received
• No review
• No forms started
• No time assigned
• No file opened

If any of these steps have begun, the payment is non-refundable. In practice, work begins immediately after payment.

6. Processing Time for an Exceptional Refund

If an exceptional refund is approved, it takes 7 to 14 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If the client opens a chargeback:

• Services are stopped
• Pending work is cancelled
• Evidence is submitted to the bank
• Collection or legal action may be initiated in case of fraud

USA FILE Solutions will aggressively contest any chargeback.

8. No Guarantees

USA FILE Solutions does not guarantee:

• Approvals
• Outcome of your filing
• Processing times
• Government decisions

Payment covers administrative and preparatory work, not results.
